Healthy Lifestyle // Day Planner Freebie!

Image
When it comes to organizing stuff, I've several apps on the tablet and smartphone, but nothing is better than the good old paper and pen. And 'cause I like personalized stuff, decided to create my own daily to-do list to plan my days, keep me organized and not forget the little habits, like drinking water. So, I prepared a list with the following sections:  - Plan meals (to make easier the task of cooking, to prepare the shopping list, to avoid take-away) or register the food eaten (to control the daily intake of calories);  - To-do: To point out the most important tasks to accomplish each day, since my memory is not very reliable.  - Fitness: A bit of exercise everyday day is a great habit, but for a lazy person that's not that easy. This colorful rectangle reminds me that I've to get up and hit the gym. It's also helpful to see what kind of workouts I've been doing (then I can cross these data with the results!).  - Water: Always forget

Beauty // World Cup Brazil Nail Polishes

Image
World Cup is here and Dermacélsia, to celebrate the occasion, introduced new nail polishes to support your team. Although I don't care for soccer, the same can not be said of nail polishes, these interest me very much! So, each box has three nail polishes with the colors of each country and can choose between Portugal and Brazil - I chose the last one, whose colors caught my attention: Blue, Yellow and Green. (side note: should have written this post before, given the latest game results!)  As you may have noticed, there's a mole in the image - a bluish green nail polish. It's from the new summer collection! The coverage is not as good as the other three colors, but the color is very pretty and has a slight shimmer.  These four  have an excellent quality-price ratio, they're good and cheap!  Nos últimos tempos só se tem falado na Copa do Mundo 2014 e a Dermacélsia , para celebrar a ocasião, lançou novos vernizes para festejar a rigor. Embora eu não ligu

Healthy Habits // Eating Organic Food

Image
Nowadays, organic food is trendy. And what's that? It's food that it's production respects the environment and uses social responsibility systems (such as the appreciation of hand labor). The only disadvantage is that they're more expensive than conventional food, being produced on a smaller scale (and the production costs are higher). However, organic foods are healthier and much tastier. In my online researches I found Clearspring , a website dedicated to organic food. Their goal is to get organic food back on the dining table, so we can enjoy the same quality of foods as our grandparents did. All their foods are vegan, organic, refined sugar-free, with no artificial additives, colourings or preservatives. They sell quality japanese and european foods prepared by professional producers, according to authentic tradicional recipes and their own original recipes developed for today needs. The brand gently sent me five Clearspring products so I could give it a try:
